Systems serving Moderate to high-volume cooking operations such as 24-hour cooking, charbroiling, or wok cooking.

Semi-Annual/Annual

Semi-Annual: Systems serving Low to Moderate cooking operations.

Annual: Systems serving low-volume cooking operations, such as churches, day camps, seasonal
